THE STANDARD GUARANTEE: REFUND POLICY

In the Verge & Volt Society, we don’t settle for "close enough." If your gear doesn't meet the standard upon arrival, we rectify the situation. No excuses.

THE TERMS OF RECTIFICATION

We stand behind our engineering. We offer refunds exclusively for the following breaches of the standard:

  • Logistical Errors: You received an item other than what was ordered.

  • Structural Failures: The product arrived damaged or defective.

THE 30-DAY WINDOW

Accuracy requires speed. All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date. Beyond this window, the transaction is considered final and the standard met.
